A little about me…
My Story
After 12 years in the U.S. Air Force, I transitioned into UX design and haven’t looked back. Over the past couple of years, I’ve been building real-world experience—collaborating on projects, solving complex user problems, and growing my design skill set. Now, with a formal UX degree to back it up, I’m excited to take the next step and continue evolving as a designer.
My Process
I follow best design practices to guide each project, starting with competitive analysis for research and design. I then create low-fidelity wireframes to gather quick stakeholder feedback before developing high-fidelity prototypes for usability testing. After testing, I iterate to address any pain points, ensuring an optimized user experience. Once the product is launched, I collect real-world feedback and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the project’s success.
Most Recent Work
At Sports Media Inc, I redesigned key user journeys within their athlete marketplace platform, including discovery and checkout flows. My work focused on reducing friction, shortening the path to purchase, and improving clarity for users navigating multiple product tiers.
